Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. We do not ship outside of the USA and Canada at this time.

 

Refunds, Returns And Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at petloversforeverplf@outlook.com with an order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
